The team will be proudly showcasing our new system of steel construction for modular buildings which ensures they meet and exceed the very highest current industry standards.

Our fully galvanized, cold-formed steel (CFS) construction system, comes with a 60 year structural warranty which promises longer lives for modular buildings.

This new standard of manufacture can be used in the production of the largest modular buildings and, thanks to it’s improved weight-bearing capabilities, we can now design modular buildings up to 9 storeys in height. This ability will enable architects (or just customers?) to make the very most of really limited spaces by creating significant volumes of additional vertical space.

The CFS system also delivers exceptional cost savings as it can be up to 30% lighter than a traditional hot rolled steel structure. Alongside the significant cost saving the CFS also means significant material savings and consequently lower transportation costs, contributing towards the production of an even more sustainable building.

Our purchasing policy for steel sets out our commitment to only buy steel which is already at least 40% recycled and all of our steelwork is 100% recyclable at the end of life.

As always all of our buildings can be lined and clad in a huge range of materials to suit all individual specifications and designs.

Our CFS modular buildings are truly versatile and can be tailored to meet any architects designs. We also work closely with structural engineers to ensure that all of our buildings are produced as economical as possible and are quality assured to Eurocodes BS-EN 1993-1-3.
