Charity Work Update AV Danzer

We’re in a good place. That’s why we like to give back.

Like many UK individuals and companies, we feel fortunate to be able to get involved with good causes and give back whenever we can.

Over the years, we’ve had the opportunity to help out all kinds of great initiatives, from sponsoring wells to provide clean water in remote areas of Africa to raising awarenss of men’s health issues like Prostate Cancer.

Our now legendary annual Christmas Raffle – not to mention Helen’s equally legendary cake bakes – always reflects the amazing generosity of our own team. And of course, our intrepid Dan Holloway did us proud some years back by trekking across Africa with Olly Murrs and Dermot O’Leary for Comic Relief.

In 2015 we supplied some of our units to help out the BBC DIY SOS team when they came to Manchester to build homes for ex-Servicemen, the biggest DIY SOS project the team has ever undertaken.

This year AVDanzer is really pleased to be continuing to support the Mayor of Manchester’s Homelessness Fund – Andy Burnham’s initiative which aims to eradicate rough sleeping in and around Manchester by 2020. Along with other companies, individuals and charities, we’re proud to get behind frontline projects that help people off the street, and support them in getting to a better place – both practically and emotionally.
