Renaker Deansgate Square Manchester AV Danzer

We are pleased to be on site again with Renaker, one of Manchester’s most prolific developers.

Sitting at the heart of what has been dubbed Manchester’s ‘Skyscraper Alley’, Renaker’s Chester Road residential development at Deansgate Square is now well underway.

We have installed 16 OpenSpace units on site, configured 8 on 8. They provide welfare facilities on the ground floor and high quality offices for the build team on the first floor.

Renaker’s Chester Road scheme is a stylish development which is set to breathe new life into a city centre site which has stood vacant for almost a decade. The high quality development of 188, one, two and three-bed apartments and penthouses is set within two blocks of 12 and 21 storeys.

This was a very interesting installation for us as there was absolutely no room within the compound site the welfare units. Working with Renaker’s team to find a solution we have instead erected the cabins on a nearby car park which is located just off Great Jackson Street near Deansgate station. It does mean that the site team has to use an underpass to get across the road on a fairly regular basis but it seems to be working for them !

And just a short way further up the road, at Crown Street, we have installed another 24 cabins in a 2-storey configuration which again provide welfare on the lower floor and office accommodation for Renaker on the first floor.

Crown Street will see two more tall buildings, at 51 and 21 storeys, built by Renaker in the heart of the city and will deliver a further 664 one to three-bed apartments.

This client has also requested an additional 2 on 2 on 2 installation of ancillary cabins and we have installed a superb viewing platform which looks out over this impressive site.

In April we will be delivering a further 12 cabins to create a 3rd floor on top of Renaker’s office which will be used by the project’s numerous sub-contractors.

Manchester’s building boom shows little sign of slowing and we are proud to be working at the heart of the city’s renaissance.
